Do you want to jazz up your recipe repertoire this season?
Breweries across Southwestern Ontario use time-honoured brewing methods to produce distinguished, deeply-flavoured craft brews. These brews pair seamlessly with locally sourced foods from the region and are the inspiration for the Ontario’s Southwest Craft Beer Cookbook.
The cookbook feature both meat and vegetarian dishes and is a must for your meal inspiration this summer…oh and p.s., it’s totally F-R-E-E!
Here are some the Award-winning breweries featured in the cookbook:

Dry–hopped for accentuated hop aroma, this slightly fruity clean–tasting ale delivers a tingling, refreshing tang in the finish.
